Health & Love

“The world will knock you down plenty.
You don’t need to be doing it to yourself.”
Elizabeth Scott
You can be your own worst enemy, but you can also be your own best friend.
It may be easier to give into the self-critical voice than to argue back against it.
But it doesn’t feel better, and it certainly doesn’t help you move forward.
Agreeing with the voice keeps you stuck.
It keeps you held prisoner.
It’s time to break free from your chains.
Stop beating yourself up for your mistakes.
Stop punishing yourself when you mess up.
And start treating yourself with love.
Be compassionate with yourself when you’re struggling.
Be patient with yourself when your road becomes dark.
Forgive yourself when you make a mistake.
Believe in who you are.
Believe that you are worth fighting for.
Fight for your right to live a beautiful life.
