The best feeling in the world is when you’re running on the teadmill trying to burn a certain amount of calories, and you’re so close. So close burning 100, 300, 500 calories. So you push yourself, you run harder, you let the beat of the music that’s coming from your ipod carry your feet. You know you won’t give up, not until you reach that number. And then you’re there, and you’re so satisfied. You take a big drink of water and walk for a couple of minutes to cool down. Then you strut out of the gym with your face and back drenched in sweat, you go home and eat a healthy dinner and make yourself a fruit smoothie. You take a long hot shower, allowing your muscles to relax. Then you go to bed with a smile on your face, feeling so satisfied and determined to make tomorrow another day like this. You think about how if you keep this up, you will see progress in no time.
