I am currently reading The Flat Belly Diet written by the authors of Prevention magazine.  It starts the diet with a 4-Day Anti-Bloating Jumpstart.  The goal of it is to start your diet off feeling successful and to make you feel better about yourself not having the bloat.  Plus, right after all those Christmas parties sounds perfect. :)
